Mar 7 @ 8:00 am – Mar 10 @ 5:00 pm

UCI’s Center for Student Wellness & Health Promotion (CSWHP), Counseling Center, and ASUCI team up to recognize the National Sleep Foundation’s annual “Sleep Awareness Week” by providing various tabling events on the benefits of sleep, risks of too little sleep, healthy sleep habits, and sleep’s impact on your overall well-being.

Free Sleep Kits, which include an eye mask, a set of earplugs, essential oil roller, and a tea bag, will be given out at each tabling event!
